Hey Liquid. Ok, here's the short version - full (fool?) bio on my myspace page...
Who are you?
Esteban Carracas
Where are you from?
Glasgow, Scotland.
Where do want to go to?
Probably to the Jobcentre as I got the sack last week.
What is special in your music?
I'm just learning this production business, but I think it would be fair to say deep bass and tight housey drums with some weirdness thrown in - all in equal measure.
Are you a member of an artists collective?
I am a member of "The Brothers Jack" which is a co-efficient dedicated to Jackin House Beats - both DJing and Production-wise. My friend is an artist though - Andy's Paintings and Photography for some of his work.
Are you involved in webradio, radio or other cultural institutions? youth associations? clubs?
I used to DJ on Radiomagnetic , but now I just tend to record my sets when DJing. I co-run three clubs @ the moment - audiocicecream, Chi-Town Baby! and New Clear Sounds. All based in Glasgow. Anybody over in Scotland - give me a shout - It would be nice to hook up for a party!

Most af my tracks have been played on Tallaght FM Dance show and recived some V.good feedback also reaching as high as No. 16 on soundclick internet trance chart with 20,00 other tracks by getting over 200 song hits a day.
Currently working on new tracks after a needed break of 1 year, upgrading of equipment and internet promotion.

What is special in your music?
well, I've just started in end of June somewhere...got the tools...still learning and solving technical problems a lot. Still need some tools etc to make myself more comfy in expression. I was into industrial, noise, experimental and darker techno for a long while, so it all influences much, I guess.
Are you a member of an artists collective?
I wish I was...I like interaction as well as playing alone. I think finally will find someone to play sometimes.
Are you involved in webradio, radio or other cultural institutions? youth associations? clubs?
I am resident DJ in club Idoru which I started 5th of may this year. Thanks god some good people joined me...

Who are you?
4Watt, or Ian Jenkinson in real life...
Where are you from?
Originally from Birmingham (Billesley/Moseley), now in South-West London.
Where do want to go to?
Slightly hippy, but I think I know what you mean! Just interested in getting other people to listen (if they're interested) to the stuff I've produced, and listening to and learning from others here, on MySpace and through my iTunes addiction.
What is special in your music?
Mainly the sad sense of enjoyment and parental love it creates! Spotting good samples, loops and beats are the best parts and getting better at the musical bits.
Are you a member of an artists collective?
No, but inevitably after two months on here and MySpace gradually coming to know some people better and so it may be an option for the future.
Are you involved in webradio, radio or other cultural institutions? youth associations? clubs?
Only indirectly as I work at a National Museum, but nothing musical. I played drums as I grew up and now with two young kids this seems the best way of channeling my enthusiasm for music, particularly dance and electronica/lounge.
All the best to other Electrobel and MySpace artists... - Ian '4Watt'

hi there everybody. i have just joined electrobel and thought i'd take the invitation from ze liquid bass to tell you a bit about myself.
my name is richard and i am a student in huddersfield. obviously i would would love to be a pro producer but at the moment just happy making tunes for myself and if people like them then thats cool.
don't really know whats special about my work, i like it and really enjoy making it. its very labour intensive with all that programming (i certainly don't cut corners) but worth it.
don't really do much else, uni, friends/girlfriend, work (supermarket, shoot me) and a bit of volunteer work for music and the deaf in huddersfield.

don't really know if theres anything special about my work, i like it and think there is still a lot of mileage in what i do, however, all that programming is very labour intensive and sometimes pain inducing.

I spent over 10 years DJing in and around Bristol and the south west of England. I was resident for the Lunacy and Energyzer nights in Bristol for over four years, playing mainly progressive house and breaks, I also spent 15 months working 6 hours every Saturday night in a commercial venue playing everything from R&B through to hi energy commercial pop trance. In December 2003 I won a remix competition held by Acid Planet and was offered a place on the artist roster of the original artist's label, unfortunately personal circumstances interviened. After a pause of 2 and a half years I fired up Reason again and started noodling. One of the last tunes I composed prior to my pause, spookily called Hiatus, plus three new tracks are on my MySpace profile - http://www.myspace.com/otgmusic.
