I concur, great vocal track, the Loop Da Loop remix was a staple in my box for a long time. Now, on to your remix. Love the squelchy synths on the intro. The bass drum lacks presence, perhaps the sub-bass frequencies are bleeding over and cancelling it? It needs a little more space in the mix. The snare drum again is a little thin and reedy, especially with Giselle Jackson's deep voice. When the beat picks up over the chorus, the whole tune lifts, but the mix is a little empty with just the drums, percussion, vocal and sub-bass. Without the vocals, the track would stand up, in parts at least, as it is. However, add the vocals and the track really needs a lot more work to make them fit better. Having said that, the flow of the tune was good, and I did enjoy it overall.
